'Tis the season for 2016 year-end reminders
If you need year-end advice, or have an investment need that can't wait until January, please let us know right away.
Please also be aware that our office (and the markets) will be closed on:
• Friday, December 23 & Monday, December 26 in observance of Christmas Day.
• Monday, January 2 in observance of New Year's Day.
The last business day of 2016 is December 30, a Friday. If you would like a transaction to be processed for 2016, we need to hear from you no later than 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, to move money from an investment account to a previously linked bank account---although we ask that you not wait until the last minute, for your peace of mind and ours!

Note that if we've set up a monthly or quarterly distribution from your IRA that normally hits your bank account in the second half of the month, be aware that your money will arrive early in December.
